Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage (MFLD) is a gentle, fascia-focused lymphatic therapy designed to restore natural fluid movement by addressing restrictions in the connective tissue system — where most lymphatic congestion truly begins.

Traditional lymphatic techniques primarily focus on superficial lymphatic vessels. However, research and clinical experience show that fascia plays a central role in lymphatic function. When fascia becomes tight, dehydrated, or fibrotic, it can compress lymphatic pathways, trap fluid, and contribute to swelling, pain, and chronic inflammation.

MFLD directly addresses this missing piece.

Using slow, rhythmic, deliberate fascial stretching, MFLD releases restriction in both superficial and deep myofascial layers, clears lymphatic pathways, and allows the body’s natural drainage process to resume — without aggressive pressure or forceful manipulation.

The result is a therapy that feels deeply relaxing yet produces powerful clinical outcomes.
