Step #1: The “Front Door”
Info About The Initial Front Door Application
This form (below) is like a “Front Door” to the Full Application Form. It lets us know of your interest in the program (even if you don’t complete the application right away), and the information you enter in the Initial Form is carried through to the Full Application. This “Front Door” also helps us with the computer security stuff too. Please complete the information below and hit the Submit button. Clicking the “Use for text messaging” button will send your phone a text message with a code that you will then enter in the field that appears. This confirms your ability to receive texts from us.
Step #2: Front Door Form and the Full Application
Please enter your information here – Once you complete the Front Door Form and click ‘Start Application’, you will be directed to the Full Application. There are several things we need on that form, so please make sure you have all of your info available.
Step #3: Application Fee
The $100 application fee lets us know you want to hold your spot
Application Fee Payment – to complete the Application, you will need to submit a $100 application fee. Once you complete item #2 and click the Continue button, you will be directed to a payment page. Please enter the credit card information on that 3rd page, and once you press “Submit” that will complete your application and our staff can help you from there.

A few details to help you on your way
A couple of things:
- Your application is not considered complete until you finish your application AND submit the $100 application fee on the 2nd page of the Application Form.
- If you need to leave your application for any reason prior to full completion, that is perfectly fine. All you need to do when you want to return is to come back to The Wellness School’s homepage, click on “Apply” again and enter your basic info in that “front door” form. The system will respond with the message below and send an email to you. Inside that email will be a link. Clicking on that link will allow you to resume your application and make payment.

Step #4: Review Process
We try to make our review process as objective, fair and personal as possible
Once you have completed your application, if you haven’t met with us yet, we will contact you to schedule a meeting so we can get to know each other and confirm that you will be a good fit for the program. Our staff then completes a review of your materials, requests any follow up documents, and confirms everything is complete. From there, the staff performs a background check and finalizes internal processes.
Step #5: Success
You will be welcomed into a cohort of students that will become a close-knit group of amazing humans!
If everything looks good and all criteria are successfully met, you will be notified that you have been accepted into the program. We have a commitment to ensure that our students receive personal attention and support throughout their experience at The Wellness School and its programs. We are serious about promoting a safe and healthy environment here where all students can learn and thrive, achieving academically and positively transforming personally.
